How can I get motivated to run everyday?!


Question: How can I get motivated to run everyday!?
I know I need to do it because my goal is to get in shape this summer but I just can't get motivated!. Any ideas!?

Also, is it less effective to run on a treadmill than a track!?

To be honest, you don't need to run everyday in order to get the results that you're searching for!. Actually, it's better that you not exercise every single day!. Your body needs "time recovery" and a day off here and there is a good thing!. 3 to 5 days a week should suffice (30 mins!. at least), no more no less!.

Also, you should try switching up the days in which you do exercise in order to "shock" your body!. When it doesn't know which day you'll be exercising it will throw it off, which yields faster results!.

Now on to the motivation factor!. If you have an ipod, play a song(s) that really gets you motivated and excited!. You may be sluggish at first in your work out, but once your body is warmed up it's almost like you get a runner's high and get more energy!. Don't count on a workout partner; they never work!!!

Lastly, burning calories is burning calories whether you're on a treadmill or on a track!. Treadmills have less impact on the joints!. And if you think you're not getting much of a workout on the treadmill as opposed to running on a track just modify your incline and your rate of speed as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're looking at it all wrong!. It's not about getting motivated, your motivation should be the results you want!. It sounds to me that you're over thinking it, when I lift or run I just put on the headphones and keep my mind steady, like a machine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

listen to some great songs to pump you up!. if you have this one outfit you want to fit in, i guess you could keep thinking "if i keep this up, i'll look even more fabulous in that"Www@Answer-Health@Com

form run in your habit!. everytime when need to run don't ask if you want, just change your shoes and go out inconsciently, start runWww@Answer-Health@Com

work out early in the morning!.!.!.make it not an option but a PRIORITY!. Studies show that people have their most energy in the morning :)
