I am stuck at a 600 squat and i want to get to a 700 squat what are some ways to!


Question: I am stuck at a 600 squat and i want to get to a 700 squat what are some ways to increase my squat!.!?
Answers:
Stop working your legs for two weeks!. At least heavy lifting!. Do some cardio!. Go back to your squats doing full pyramid sets!.

Get warmed up!. Do a set where you can just do two reps without help!. The reduce weight and do four reps, then 6,8,10,8,6,4,2!.

Do that for two weeks, then do half pyramids (10,8,6,4,2) for two weeks, then do burn out sets for a week!.

Burn out set (use machine): Select a weight were you can do around 15 reps!. Go until you can't go another rep!. Drop the weight 20 lbs!. Go again until you can't do another!. Drop twenty lbs and do it again!. do that until you can't stand up!. Go home and sleep!. Do that for one week!.

Then start with full pyramid again by the end of the second week week of these full pyramids you should be seeing substantial gains!.

It is important to put on some more mass while doing this!. Your body needs fuel!. When you are trying to make large gains like this, don't worry about being cut!. Add some weight, you can get cut later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a lot of weight!. Must be at peak so increase is tough!. That Oral Testibol stuff actually work!? It looks like one of them other imitation things that prey on people since PH's are banned!. But enough of that!.

Is is 600 machine or free!? If machine, then definitely need to be doing free weight!. Machine isn't really that impressive!. Box squats Good Mornings and Deadlifts is what I did to increase mine!. Strengthen back, abs and lower back with them!. Also back extensions!. There's site where you can look up exercises for hip extensions and what not!. All those help out tremendously!.

Also raising intensity when squatting for a while, squat at a faster rate with less weight and Good form!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Slowly add 5lbs at a time and condition yourself until you can do a 700lb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
