Start with a 1200 calorie diet consisting of healthy foods and lots of protein. (fish, chicken breast, turkey, and egg whites are examples) Also, replace all breads with wheat bread and remember everything in moderation. Also add lots of fruits and vegetables into your diet.
As for exercise do lots! Running, jumping rope, and jumping jacks are example of cardio. If you can swim, great! Take up swimming. Biking is also good.
For toning, do crunches, push ups, sit ups leg lifts, wall sits, and stretching.
