If you want to lose weight, i suggest add lots of protein, fruits and vegetables into your diet. Try a 1200 calorie diet.
Protein sources include egg whites, lean meats such as chicken breast, turkey and fish.
Also, if you want to eat bread, always choose wheat bread and skip the mayo.
As for exercise, take up running and any sort of cardio. Do sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, and other exercises if you want to tone, but remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if your weight goes up a little no biggie.
For the belly, i suggest crunches, and sit ups. Running might also help!
oh, and remember to drink lots of water to keep you hydrated!
