Question: Will eating 1000 calories and 30 minute workout a day make me lose 13 pounds!?
Ok so I recently asked how I can lose 13 lbs, and some person said "1000 calories and 30 minutes of exercise daily!." So if I do that, do you think I will lose the 13 pounds!?
If it matters, I'm 14, 5'4", and 133 pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might help!. but try for about 200 calories while working out!. dont eat 1000 calories of unhealthy foods though!. drink a ton of water and eat a lot of fruits and healthy food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually eating less doesnt always work!. Eat between 1200-1500 cals a day and exercise for 30 minutes!. It really will work!. but dont go less than 1200 because you are a young teen and need a certain amount of calories to sustain your self!. and if you dont eat enough your body will think you are in survival mode!. and stop weight loss all together! So eat 1200-1500 cals a day and exercise from 30 minutes to 60 minutes a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are 5'4 and eating 1000 calories a day will switch your body to starvation mode and you will only burn half of what you usually burn on calories!. Eat three meals a day, healthy meals, don't smoke or drink and run for 20 minutes 4 times a week!. This will make your weight go down and keep it down!. ok listen here i am the king of losing weight i was 215 pounds now im 175 drink 1 gallon of water a day no FAST FOOD NOTHING DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!!!! eat chicken and fruit and no donuts and junk food go run for 30 mins straight put on sweaters and go run in the heat or on a treadmill at the gym the more you sweat the more weight your losing do not eat after 6 a fruit or a banana is ok start this now in 3 weekssssssss u will lookkkkk soooooooooo differenttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt do ittttttttt goooooooo lol thank u pete the greek in da houseWww@Answer-Health@Com

1!. you dont NEED to lose weight your average and normal!.
2!. 1000 cals a day isnt healthy try 1200 youd be surprised how little 1000 calories is once you start counting them!.
3!. go jogging, work out, get an excersice DVD and do that for 30min-and hours throughout the day!. the more move ment the better!.
4!. dont diet to please other people its about what YOU want to be and look like not what other poeple think!.

You have to burn 3500 calories for one pound!. Doesn't matter how or in how much time!. It could take a week or a month!. You won't do yourselfany favors if you don't excercise and eat at least 4 times a day!. Also, you have to eat the right balance of foods!. Some 'health' foods do not fill you up at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it will make you lose 13 pounds!. But instead of restrickting yourself to 1000cals, just eat healthier, such as fruits and veggies, whole grains and low fat dairy products!. and drink lots and lots of water to wash the extra toxins out of your body!. Ye , definitely will lose 13lbs if you do that!.!. Just be careful for hidden sugars , like DIET sprite and DIET cola!.!. Eating 1000 calories a day along with a 30 minute workout will cause you to lose 2-3 lbs per week!. Skinner people lose 2 while heavier people lose 3!. If you would like to lose an additional 2 lbs per week you should cut out sugar in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't try to lose 13 pounds in one week!. Try 1 or 2!. And what type of workout are you doing!? Cardio is good, but you could also try core, yoga, and something where you're at least moving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
