Question: Why do you guys think i hav an eating problem!?
ive posted this a lot but
im 14
im 48kg
im 163cm
i have a bmi of 18!.1
im trying to lose weight without my family finding out as they want me to gain weight and get fatter
im not anorexic but i need some diets im already doing alternative days

also please dont suggest bulimia
thnx

Answers:
1st, drink as much water possible!. Drink alot of water early in the morning!.

2nd, eat as many grapefruits and apples you want daily, specially in the mornings!. It really helps reduce weight!.

3rd, eat a big breakfast, that way you won't be too hungry at lunch which is when people eat alot (specially the desire to go out to eat at a fast food or restaurant when you're at work)

4th, try to eat dinner before 6:30PM!. If you eat dinner late, your body will not process the food well because its in the process of shut down/slow down because its expecting to go to sleep!. When you eat dinner, try to eat the least fat possible (breads, beans, rice, ice cream, meat, etc)!. If you eat alot during breakfast and fill yourself up during lunch, at dinner, you wont be too hungry!. Eat small dinner!. If you get hungry later on at night, eat some fruits to fill yourself up!.

increase physical activity even if its just walking around the house instead of sitting down talking on the phone, being on the pc or watching tv!.

try to reduce salts, sugar, caffeine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You obviously have an issue if you think that 105 pounds is fat!.

You don't need a diet, just eat healthy!. If you're concerned about losing weight when in fact you are at a fine weight as it is, then that's an issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're 14 and you're worrying about your weight, there's a problem!.

Especially if you know your BMI at that age!.!.

You don't really want to lose weight!.!. you just want to be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

SO ARE YOU JUST WANTING ATTENTION HERE!?

I personally think it's more of an issue with your family then food itself!. Do you like your family, friends, yahoo answerers making a big deal about your weight and eating problem because it makes you feel like you're worth something!?

Usually at 14 "eating disorders" are more emotionally related than body image related!. (NOT ALWAYS THOUGH) These emotionally related eating disorders can be easier to take control of, than when it has progressed into "you really think you are fat, ugly, etc"!. You leave your emotions and go to a place where you truly hate your body YOURSELF, not b/c you think other people don't like it!. Like it can all start with someone saying you look chubby or a magazine with female celebrities could cause you to admire them!. Then in transcends to deeper issues that leave more of an imprint in your brain!.

Soooo since you're on here asking people what they should suggest to you!.!.!.!.KNOWING damn well that pretty much everyone is going to tell you that you are crazy (hence the why do you think I have an eating disorder, blah blah)!.!.!.You want attention that's my diet suggestion!. Maybe you need a serving of your mom's affection and a big helping of your dad's approval!.!.!.!.Maybe your weight issue is the only place where your family shows caring, concern, attention!.!.!.SERIOUSLY, you have emotional issues not an eating disorder!. Somehow you have migrated to food being your vice, probably b/c at 14 yrs old & going through puberty that's all that is on your mind!.

Talk to your parents about what you are really feeling!. NOT freakin yahoo questions!. Trust me your family isn't going give you what you need emotionally by ONLY harping on your weight!. If you don't deal with it now and you continue eating unhealty/losing weight, then your life will turn into worse problems you'll have to deal with!!! Bigger ones!! Like if you are extremely below the appropriate weight, ESPECIALLY GOING THROUGH PUBERTY!.!.!.this can cause your reproductive organs not to develop properly and to their fullest functionality!. And then when you are married to a wonderful husband and you're both ready to bring a child into this world, you can't conceive b/c you "thought you were fat when you were 14 and decided to take severe measures to lose weight"!. And to just be the salt in the wound!.!.!.it was all because you really just wanted some love and attention from family, friends, and everyone in between!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
