How can I gain weight, but stay health?

I'm 5' 7" and I am about 125lbs. I'm pretty skinny and I'm starting to work out, but I also wanted to gain about 15-20 pounds, but by eating healthy foods. What should I do?


Answers:

I'm 6-2, almost 200, and I gained 25 pounds in the last year. The biggest key, for me anyway, was squats. Lots of them. It's a hard, hard workout, but it has made me so much stronger, it's not even close. And leg strength is the biggest hidden key to success in sports.

In six months, I've gone from squatting 115 pounds to now over 315. (Three plates each side) And I'm not close to maxing out. I've gone from 170 pounds to over 195.

If you play sports, you'll notice a big difference, too.
