Question: If you work out everyday for about 10 minutes,how long would it take to see results!?
Answers:
You would see only a slight result and it would take many years!. The best way is to work out at least 20 to 30 minutes a day to get your heart rate up!. Eating less and moving more will give you faster results!. Muscle burns fat, so the more you work out the more toned you get, therefore burning more calories!. Find something you like to do and make it fun, riding a bike, playing tennis, throwing a frisbee around, anything to get you moving!.
