I hopeeee this works HELP ME?

okay so im tryin to lose weight and this is my rutine

30 mins run
crunches 100 x2
situps 100 x2
jumping rope 10 mins x2
(x2= twice a day)


and i drink tons of water
for breakfast cereal, anything reallyy. a small bowl tho, nothing with sugar like frosted flakes
[ usualy around 11, i wake up latee its the summer! ]

around 3 i eat an apple
and for dinner around 7;30 a medium alad
with cucumber, carrots and a few crutons



TONS OFWATER WITH THIS
and always running everyday....
im 15, 5'5 and 125
im not FAT
but i want to lose my stomach/ fat thighs
im hopin this will help me tone up


Answers:

First of all eat what you want..... your body needs nutrients to burn and build underlying muscle.

Though the results may seem slow at first if you do it right you will train your body to have a higher burn rate. The more you actually eat will make this happen a bit faster. Now I don't mean pig out but eat..... anything.

You have to do serious running one day and the exercises another. This lets the muscles rest. Regardless if you do light runs and heavier ones the next evrything will tone up.
