Which is better to work out at night or in the morning?
cause i wanna lose weight.

I have weight problems and personally I found I did better exercising in the morning. I found that it gave me energy for the rest of the day. I was buzzing. At night you are meant to be calming down ready to go bed. (don't forget to have a drink handy whilst you are excising) I hope you success... good luck. :)
