I want to lose weight over the summer to look good for my senior year of high sc!


Question: I want to lose weight over the summer to look good for my senior year of high school!?
Please help;

I am a 17 year old girl just ending her junior year!. I want to lose about 25+ pounds, over the summer, if possible so that next year i can actually have the school year, and physical body i want!.

What are some tips to doing this!? (please don't just say diet and excersize! explain in a little bit more!? XD)

dont stop eating! it will only make you fat and lazy!!! eat lots of small HEALTHY meals through out the day!. like 6 meals a day of protien, vegies, fruit and vitamins!. my familey tryed this and i lost bout 10 pounds in 2 weeks! you also need to exersise!. even if you dont want to hear it you need to do it!. running is probaby the best way to lose fat on your legs!.

you should eat a lot healthier and cut down on too much junk food like chips, cake and thinngs like that!. eat healthy and every morning you should go jogging for a mile or more, you really have to force yourself to run as much as you can!. you should also do situps and pushups and you should go running as many times a day you can!.
