Question: Excersizes that allow you to lose weight; but do not decrease your breast size!?
I know this sounds like a really wierd question, but most of my friends who have lost alot of weight now have smaller breasts!. I do want to lose weight, but i want to try to avoid going down breast sizes!.!.!.

any help / tips / advice will be appreciated ! :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reality is that your body will naturally lose fat all over, and that will include breasts, sadly!.

But, you might consider a very structured walking program, since that mostly uses lower body muscles!. It tones hips, thighs, calves, and sometimes upper arms if you carry weights!.

It can be cardio, if you add a little bit of jogging (get your girls a nice support bra though, so you dont stress them or stretch them!)

I walked 3-4 miles (1hour a day to start - walk out a half hour, turn around and walk home) As you get more fit, you will increase your MPH, and maybe get 4 miles in an hour!.

Instead of saying "ill walk 4 times a week" i tried a reverse strategy!. I said "I wont let more than 2 days go by without a walk" That way, miss one day, ok, miss two - time to GET MOVING!

At the end of 4 months I had walked off a total of 40lbs, my calves looked great in heels, my hips were slimmer, and thighs were tight!. I still had the lovely ladies intact!! I went to my HS reunion and knocked the old B/F for a loop!

Get yourself a good pair of walking shoes and hit the pavement!

well if you exercise you burn calories and burn fat, and your body will do its best to even its self out, so for the most part you wont be able to avoid the breat size decrease!. what you can do is focus on toning rather than losing weight!. you can increase your muscle mass, and it will make you appear leaner but shouldnt do too much to your breasts!. otherwise if you want to lose weight you have to mix it up with cardio and weight training, which will most likely decrease breast size!. there's no perfect answer!. you can fight what the body will doWww@Answer-Health@Com

Breasts are pretty much fat, as you lose body fat they will shrink!. As another said above you can counter this somewhat by building up pectoral muscle!. But you should still expect to lose some still!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im sorry but theres no secret there, you cant :( There is fat tissue the breasts and it will disappear (at a slower rate though)like the rest of the fat in our bodies :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

well their really is no way to do that but a good work out to make ur boobs big is by holding 5-10 lbs weights vertically in each hand, and then bring them into ur chest
