Several years ago when I was working at a bank (lots of employees) there was a girl that worked there and I only saw her every once in a while!. She was on the thick, chubby side!. I hadn't seen her in a while and almost didn't recongnize her!. She literally looked taller and was thin and toned!. I was absolutely amazed at how different she looked!. I asked her what she was doing!. She said Pilates!. It doesn't make your muscles thinner!.!.!.!.!.but stronger and toned and yes it will make your body overall thinner, stronger, and toned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You get thick big muscles from lifting big weights in low reps!.!. you get a lean body from free light weights and workout regimens that use your own bodyweight against you!. Nothing makes your muscles longer or shorter!.
