Question: Can anyone help me about dieting!.!.!.!.!?
I am fourteen i used to weigh 140 in january for my new years reselution i decided to quit overeating and be healthier!.So i go to the YMCA and run all the time and eat extremly healthy, now at 117 but i still seem to carry a liitttle puch of weight right off my belly!. what is a fast way just to burn it off cause im going on a huge family vacay in a week and i just want a flat belly!!! One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle!. To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground!. Your hands are beside your head!. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle!.
