How does this meal plan sound(please, please help!)?!


Question: How does this meal plan sound(please, please help!)!?
Morning-Smoothie w or w/o scabled eggs!.
2-3hrs later a cup of green tea!.
Lunch- Salad(sometime with chicken,turkey,fruit,or just plain)!.
Dinner- Light meal, chicken,fish, or turkey!.!.with some vegies and a cup of green tea!

Snacks in between meals-Frozen grapes, frozen pineapple, fruit, crakers,granola bars!.!.

Cheat days- Sat & Sun!

It sounds good, but you might want to add more carbs yes I know carbs bad right!? WRONG, carbohydrates are actually very good for you they are what gives your body energy throughout the day!. Many women need anywhere frome 2-3 carb choices per meal, men need 4-6 per meal!. A carb choice has 15 carb grams in it for example one slice of bread is a carb choice, or half a potato, or half a banana, or a medium apple!. You can find the carbohydrate content in the nutrition box on foods!. And as a snack try some light or reduced fat peanut butter on apples or celery, wich also gives you some added protine from the peanut butter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds very health!. Better if the snacks were fresh fruit, but otherwise sounds good!.

Your protein is high enough with these meals but adding a few walnuts will help you get the essential fatty acids you are lacking in this diet!.

Crackers aren't so healthy!. Granola bars are a little high fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont think too much on food!.!.!. whatever you want to have!.!. have it but in moderate quantities!.!. keep yourself engaged!.!.!. be active at home or at office!.!. avoid using ur vehicle for distance less than a mile instead have a walk n instead of lift or elevator use stairs!.!.!.!.!.!. thats the better way to stay fitWww@Answer-Health@Com
