Question: Can i lose 20 pounds in 2 months by doing this!?
i'm 17, 5'2" and 130 pounds!.

Monday-
40 min jog, 8 min buns, and 8 mins abs!.
105 sit ups in the morning, and 105 sit ups before bed!.

Tuesday-
40 min jog, 8 min buns, and 8 mins abs!.
105 sit ups in the morning, and 105 sit ups before bed!.


Wednesday-
rest day!.

Thursday-
40 min jog, 8 min buns, and 8 mins abs!.
105 sit ups in the morning, and 105 sit ups before bed!.


Friday-
40 min jog, 8 min buns, and 8 mins abs!.
105 sit ups in the morning, and 105 sit ups before bed!.


Saturday-
40 min jog, 8 min buns, and 8 mins abs!.
105 sit ups in the morning, and 105 sit ups before bed!.


Sunday-
rest day!.

and rarely drinking sodas//eating junk food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your plan is very good, but remember you have to follow a good diet, like:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER AFTER 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

Doing the same exercises daily might help with weight loss at first, but you need a more varied exercise routine!. You will end up hitting a plateau and won't lose anymore!. Also, what you eat is very important!. It is more than just don't eat junk food, it is about total calorie and fat intake!. Simple rule of thumb, eat less than you burn and you will lose weight!. Also, try a more varied routine, so you don't get bored or burnt out!. And your body needs rest, so if you want to exercise daily, work different parts daily, giving a day or two rest in between!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How I usually lose weight is I look at myself, and if I don't like how I look, I just cut down on how much/often I eat and use the treadmill for 30 minutes a day!. I sweat alot(I have hyperhydrosis) so it's kinda easy for me to lose!.

I don't know if I can settle with only losing 1 pound a week, thats only 8-10 pounds in 2 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah its a good work out, but you'r going 2 gain muscle and it weighs more than fat!. On top of it all you r a healthy weight and the closer you get 2 your bodies healthy weight the harder it is to lose!. I know I've tried many times!. My body will not go past a certain weight!. Just make sure u don't over do it, because if you don't keep it up it is all a waste and you'll be at square one before you know it!. GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com

20 lbs in 2 months is a lot, but it depends on how much you have to lose!. Your plan seems may get a bit tiring since its the same routine day after day!. The key to weight loss, for me anyway, is what i eat!.

Try to take in less calories than what you burn off!.
