Ladies: How much muscular is TOO muscular? How much bigger should I get? PIC inside?

Hello ladies,

I've recently joined a gym in an effort to be healthier and in better shape. During my personal training session, they measured my body at 178lbs, 6'0", 8% body fat (seems too low to me), and set my target weight at 190lbs.

I've always heard from women that TOO muscular is unattractive. So how muscular should i go and which muscles should i focus on? Where do i need the most work? And should i go to 190lbs or go higher?

Answers:

It really depends on the type of woman. Several of my friends prefer the skinny type, while others are all for the Hollywood muscle look. As it is, I don't find you too muscular -- and I don't think many women will find that excessive -- and it might be a good medium point or something. But it really depends on the chick.
