Question: Does this seems like a legit diet plan!?
okay well my nutritionist says i need to have these exchanges throughout the day!.!.im 15 yrs old and about 125-130lbs
my diet plan is ----12 grains,11 fats 9 proteins, 7fruits, 4 milks, and 3 veges when i workout i must eat 14 grains, 12 fats, 10 proteins and 7 fruits, 4 milks and 3 veges!.!.!.does this seem like too much or too little!.!.idk sometimes its too much for me sometimes its not enoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not really familiar with what you mean by "12 grains" and so forth!. How much food is that!? How many calories!? How much fat!? One idea is to eat until you feel 70% full!. That way, you have some food for energy, but you are eating less than you normally would!. Also, consider this resource:

The more active you are the more good nutritious foods you should consume!. Food gives you energy and you need the energy to work out!. Think of your body as a car and your food as gas!. When you get empty you fill up to keep going!. The difference the nutritionist gave you is not too much more or less!.
