Is the Gym Bike a good way tom burn alot of fat???!


Question: Is the Gym Bike a good way tom burn alot of fat!?!?!?
ok, ive been doing the bike at the gym on level 12, pedaling hard for 30 minutes everyday for about 2 months!.!.!.is this a good way to burn alot of fat!?!? or is just running on the tredmill a better way to burn more fat!?!?!?

i have a flat stomach but i cant seem to get the abs to show significantly, idk how to lose the small percentage of fat!.!.!.and does any1 know the best ab excercises!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are doing fine!.!.!.!.however!.!.!.jogging on a treadmill or bike riding in a gym!.!.!.isn't as effective as jogging outside or cycling outdoors!.!.!.as there is less resistance and you don't use as much muscle!.

Best ab exercises are planks, hovers, push ups, weight training!.!.!.and jogging are the best ways to work those abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
