Question: How many pounds will i lose per week!?
I am going to eat less than 500 calories a day and exersize about 200-400 calories off, i currently weigh 6 stone 12 pounds ( about 96 lbs) and am 13 years old

You probably know it's not healthy and will hurt you in the long run so I wont waste my time on all those details!. You could probably lose 3 pounds for the first couple of weeks but when you get close to looking like an unattractive skeleton your body will plateau!. Meaning you wont lose any weight!. And if you ever start eating healthier again or stop exercising, you'll gain it all back, but in fat!. So long story short, you'll end up looking worse and flabbier than when you started out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you don't need to go on a diet!. especially at your age!. and if you are really serious about eating more healthy talk to your doctor!. from my experience if you just exercise at least 30 min!. a day or more you can eat what ever you want!. well do it in moderation!. instead of 3 slices of pizza eat 1 1/2 slices!. but at you age and what your weight you don't need to go on a diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This is horrible!. 500 calories is way too low and you will definitely get sick!. 96 pounds is good for your age!. Going at this rate, you will lose 0 pounds and if you do lose any, it will be gained back very quickly because of the unhealthy caloric intake amount!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

second of all 500 calories is not healthy at all!. if you really want to lose weight eat around 1600 calories, which would make you lose about 1 lb per weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
