Could I lose 8 pounds in 11 days?!
Question: Could I lose 8 pounds in 11 days!?
I know it's unhealthy, and I'll gain it all back and blah, blah, blah, so please don't tell me what I already know!.
I'm going to the beach in 11 days!. I need to lose 8 pounds and 1 inch off my waist by then, or at least tone my thighs so they don't touch at the top and tone my stomach!.
breakfast
equate shake - 180cal
lunch
2 apples - 160cal
banana - 90cal
OR
2 bananas - 180cal
apple - 90cal
snack
chicken (slices) - 110cal
dinner
special k - 120cal
banana - 90cal
OR
special k - 120cal
apple - 80cal
I'll alternate on fruits everyday so I don't get too bored of it!.
Exercise:
stationary bike - 30min (burns 180cal; 4 times a week)
treadmill - 30min (burns 120-160; 4 times a week)
crunches - three sets of 25 (every day)
stretching - 15 minutes (targeting mainly on legs; every day)
my BMR is a little over 1000

With your low caloric intake and high amount of exercise, I'd say yes you could!. Just be sure you exercise with your greatest effort, and don't let your diet get away from you!.
Also, if you drink a TON of water, you can lose a lot of water weight!. That would probably help!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, i would think so! but not as uch as you want to lose!.
the only reason you arent going to lose as much as you plan is because you are not eating out of all the food groups!.

Yea add some muscle trianing in there push ups pull ups need that for the off work hours calorie burn thats about it yea you should drop 8 by thenWww@Answer-Health@Com
