How to get rid of "side fat"?!


Question: How to get rid of "side fat"!?
I have side fat near my stomach, an I REALLY want to get rid of it!. Please tell me some exercises to do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't we all!? haha!. anyways i think you are talking about your obliques, aka love handles!. they're on the sides of your stomach, and can be a pain to slim down!. lol believe me i know!! but here are a few good exercises that i learned really help!.!.!.
1!.) Straight planks:
There are two types of planks!. the 1st is the straight plank!. For this one, lay down flat on your stomach with your feet together and your arms bent against your sides, like an "army crawl" position!.Then lift up off the ground, balancing on your toes and forearms!. try to keep your body parallel to the ground and your butt down!. in the beginning, hold for 15-20 secs and do aobut 3 reps!. then you can increase time and reps as you get stronger!. (p!.s!. this also helps lower and upper abs!!)

2!.) Side plank:
The 2nd type of plank is the side plank!. It's basically the same thing, but it's on your side!. So lay down on one side with your body straight!.Prop yourself up on the arm closest to the ground, keeping it at about a 90 degree angle to your body!. Raise your other arm straight up in the air above you, and hold this position!. make sure your stomach is tight and your body isn't dipping toward the ground - keeping it in a straight 'plank' is way more effective! After you're done, switch over to the other side!. Do the same time and reps as the straight plank, increasing as you get stronger!.

3!.) Dips
Get in the position for a straight plank!. after holding for a second or 2, dip your right hip toward the ground, lowering it until you almost touch!. Then come back up into the straight plank!. Repeat with the other side, and i usually do it for as long as i can!. it's harder than the regular kind, but i guess that just means you're burning fat faster!!

4!.) Sideways crunches
I'm sure you know how to do regular crunches! But for this kind, just drop your knees to the right side of your body, trying to keep your upper body flat against the ground!.then do crunches like normal!. After you finish a few sets of those ( i started doing 2 sets of 10 crunches each), switch and drop your legs to the left!. This works your obliques more specifically than regular crunches, and if it sounds awkward, it kind of is at first!. But it's not too bad, and you get used to it after a couple times!

FIRST & FOREMOST FACT:
You cannot 'spot' remove fat!

If you are doing cardiovascular workouts, your body will remove the fat as it pleases, naturally - different body types hold fat in different areas!. Some people are pear shaped, some have skinny legs, some carry fat in their mid section!.

BOTTOM LINE:
Cardiovascular workouts help to get rid of excess fat!. By starting a routine of 45-60 minutes a day, you should start seeing results within 2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER AFTER 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

1!. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure!.

2!. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program!.

3!. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily!.

4!. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week

5!. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds

6!. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

7!. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

8!. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic

9!. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food

10!. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

11!. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started

okay one great exercise is u lay on the ground flat set up like a leg lift and u basically do leg lifts but instead of going str8 up u go to left then right like as many times as u can!.!.do 3-5reps of how many u can a day i do like 3 reps of 50 and it tones ur sides wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
