Is this an okay daily work out routine?
16 years old
260 pounds, I already lost 56 pounds (316 pounds in March)
Okay, I already got the healthy eating down.
But I need help with my work out routine
I Jog/Walk on the treadmill until I burn 500 calories I usually takes 45 minutes.
But now I need help with the weight training.
Keep in mind that I do the treadmill daily.
Would this be an okay routine
Treadmill - 45 minutes
100 Crunches
100 Alternative bicep curls (50 per arm obviously lol)
If this is an okay routine tell me, if not then please tell me what I should add and/or modify

Also, the dumbells are 20 pounds

Weight training? LOL. You're not weight training, you're doing curls and crunches. You need to do squats, deadlifts, pullups, and other real weightlifting exercises. And 100 of anything is too much; and you don't need to work the same body part every day. Most bodybuilders go on a 5-7 day cycle were they do a single body part once in that time.
