i am a pretty skinny girl, 16!.7% bodyfat (which is underweight) but i have this like bump of fat right under my bellybutton where like my fat collects!. do you know any way i could get it to go away!? any exercises or something like that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, in fact I have several lower ab!. exercises that just might have you on your way!. If you don't know what these ab!. exercises are, you can google them for a description!.

1!. Reverse Crunches

2!. Heel Press

3!. Frog Crunch

4!. Twisting Crunch

5!. Russian Twists

These are all good ab!. exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home and you don't need to go out and buy anything!. Exercising shouldn't be costly!. To be most effective you will need to add some kind of cardio to your regime (running, jogging, jumprope) for example!. Also, you must remember that the lower abs!. are the hardest abs to get back into shape, so you must be dedicated and have patience as well!. Good luck and as they say, NO PAIN!.!.!.
