Question: I need a healthy diet I can stick to!?
Ok, so I need a healthy diet that I can stick to (not NOT eating food, just a healthier way of eating) and stuff so I may stay thin!. I am a actress so I need to stay thin!. Also, right now I am getting a little chubby, so I need help with that!. I am skinny, but if I continue eating like I do, I am going to be chubby!. I need suggestions on how many time I should work out a week, and what I should do for working out!. I have a gym close to me so you can suggest machines!. I also need to know what foods to eat to maintain my weight!. If I have to I will buy as much groceries as I need!. So pretty please help me! Hi!. You can find loads of information on the internet!.!.!.!.but here goes:
~ Eat small meals more frequently throughout the day!.
~ Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day - EVERYDAY!!
~ Eat things like fish, chicken, low fat meats, vegetables and fruits!.
~ Do not eat ANYTHING white!.!.!.!.no sugar, no white bread, pastas, etc!.
~ Eat carbs - but WHOLE grains!.
~ Make sure to eat breakfast!.!.!.!.!.this is important!
Workout at least 3 times a week!. Do an aerobic activity!.!.!.!.running, biking, power walking, etc!. three days a week for at least 50-60 minutes!.
Add strength training to your exercise program!. You can do this with free weights or weight machines!.
If you can afford it!.!.!.!.get a personal trainer!

Try a site like sparkpeople!.com!. It helps you as much or as little as you need it to!. You can log your food, it tells you how many calories!. You can also do the same with work outs and it has suggestions for both!. dont stop eating!!! thats the main thing i have to say!. eat 6 or 7 small meals a day that constist of protein, vegies, fruts and all the other nutriants you need!. that way you are not always hungry but you lose wieght!. remember to exersise!!! runnung, sit-ups and crunches really helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

As far as how!.!.!. I would encourage you to start jogging and slowly start increasing to about 1 hour per day!.!.!. Yes, I said 1 hour!.!.!. Next, weights!.!.!. If you do not have a personal trainer, then just go to the gym and find a super fit guy working out by himself, and go flirt with him!. He will show you exactly how to workout and get fit!.!.!. And the best part is he is free!.!.!. :)
