what sport would probably make me lose weight best!? 5"5 1/2 137 lbs but I'm very fast and can jump too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What kind of weight are you hoping to lose!? If you're very fast and can jump it's sounds like your already in shape and 137lbs isn't too bad for 5'5-1/2 depending on your age and gender!.
More importantly is what sport do you LIKE as it will keep you coming back for more!. Just get your heart rate up for more than 30minutes every day and cut back on the fat, sugar, and salt and you should naturally lose!. Just get out there and have some fun sweating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why don't you try skipping!. It's excellent at helping with weight loss and if you're good at jumping this will be really easy for you!. Skipping for 15 mins and then doing some exercises like thee:

do track and field or if you don't like team sports, run 12 miles a day like I do and you will be in great shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
