if your doctor says to gain weight but you are already obese what you could do is start going to the gym for a while and build up muscle, you can increase your health and gain weight by building muscle, i think its like muscle weighs 2!.5 kg more than fat or something like that!. i have a friend who was a big guy he started to lose weight and put on a load of muscle he weighs almost as much as he did efore but he looks buffWww@Answer-Health@Com
