Does anyone know a good way to gain weight and a decent fitness program?

Im nearly 16 nad i cant seem to gain any weight no matter how much i eat and i want to get stronger and quicker intime for my rugby season 2 months away

Well, no it's not "no matter how much i eat"... You simply don't eat enough, you need to push yourself eat more, eat 5-6 times a day, every 2 hours is ideal. Make sure you eat a lot of complex carbs (whole wheat breads, oatmeal, etc)... And when it comes to your fitness plan... It's going to be hard, because to get bigger you should leave out cardio, but by doing that you will loose speed. So you need to keep running and lifting. And to grow while keep your speed, your diet needs to be ridiculous! Full of energy dense foods, in lame terms, a lot of chicken, a lot of rice(brown preferably), a lot of whole wheat breads, and a lot of fruits and vegetables (the greener the better). I'd say try (not knowing how hard you work out) you should eat anywhere between 3000Kcal to 3500Kcal a day.
