okay so the past 5 months or soo i've been fasting on and off and i'd lost only like 7 pounds!.
i decided that it wasn't healthy and that i wasn't doing the normal thing as other girls my age do!.!. they eat normal
so when i was dieting, my bmi was 16!.8 or something (5'6" and 104) and i wanted to loose more but now i dont think i should
so ANYWAYS, the past 2 weeks i've been eating normal meals and i gained 5 pounds!. for some reason i feel guilty and depressed about it!. it's like in cartoons when theres a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other!? hahaa
well can anyone help me convince myself that it's better i eat than to be thin!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know that this makes no sence to u now, but it usually taked people until they are into their twenties and happy with all other aspects of their lives to be satisfied with theirselfs!. I may have misunderstood, but if you are 5' 6" and only 104 lbs you are very small, 5 or 10 lbs of weight gain is not bad for u!. If you worried about guys not likeing you because u gain weight, ask, although they may not act like it, most guys like a girl with a little bit of weight, shape to them!. If you are concerend, eat right!. A healthy diet and excersize muscle is healthy and looks better than just skinny!. I am sure you will feel better too!. IF you gain a few lbs don't worry muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat more fresh vegetables and fruit and whole grains like rolled wheat and rolled oats, also eat more sliced almonds!.
Eat smoothies made from vegetables and fruits with whey protien and sliced almonds added!.
You will see that you can eat a lot and be very thin, you have to walk an hour a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

16!.8 BMI is NOT good!. A healthy BMI is between 18!.0 and 24!.0!. The weight that you gained back is just your body adjusting to the new calorie amount!. You should be fine and you'll look more filled in and healthy!. Good luck and what not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't starve yourself anymore!. Though you think you'll look better, you're actually doing something EXTREMELY unhealthy!. Keep eating normally and if you want to be fit, exercise too!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
