Healthy, low-cal breakfast?!


Question: Healthy, low-cal breakfast!?
Trying to lose some weight but I don't know what to eat for breakfast!.
I have a bunch of crazy requirements that're practically making it impossible for me to find something to eat!.
They are:

No eggs (I'm eating eggs for dinner!. There's a limit to how many eggs I can eat in a day!.)
No dairy products!.
No fruit!.
No bread!.
Nothing that needs much preparation!.

Perhaps I should just stop eating breakfast!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't stop eating breakfast if you want to be healthy then breakfast is very important!. Porridge is the best, healthiest breakfast all you have to do is put a cup of porridge in bowl add 2 or 3 cups of water it says on packet anyway and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes it really simple, it the healthiest out of all breakfasts and it fills you up for most of the day!. i started eating porridge last september and i've never felt better i'm more awake, i can finally stay awake and concentrate in lectures and i'm more energetic and i wasnt snacking the whole time because of it!. plus if your trying to lose weight you dont have to go mad all you have to do is eat healthy and in moderation and your output (eg exercise) needs to more that your intake!. good look with it hope you succeed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't stop eating breakfast! It sounds like you are starving yourself and no one can stay on a diet like that!. You are not getting the required nutrition you need to sustain you throughout the day!. If this plan is because of health reasons contact your doctor and tell them whats up!.

You did not list meat so eat a steak for breakfast!. It's okay to have something like that for breakfast!. Have any meat that's to your liking!. Don't fry it though, prepare it by grilling, broiling or baking!. Check with your doctor, this does not sound like a healthy plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Soak a litlle tofu in the egg substitute!.!.!.!. mix with nuts & vegetables & Honey!. Bake in oven!.
Have vegetarian bacon / vegetarian sausage on the side!.

Maybe just a bowl of Cereal / oatmeal with Rasins in it!.
Use Soy Milk ( vegetarian milk)

PS!.!.!.when you do eat bread be certain it is " ONLY" whole Grain Bread ( or Multi Grain)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why not try some sort of granola bar!? That should do the trick!.

Do NOT skip breakfast!. If you're trying to lose weight, you're failing already by skipping breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just have some cereal, most of the cereals especially the healthy ones have lots of fiber in them which will make you feel fuller anywayWww@Answer-Health@Com

what about egg whites!? that should be ok, you can cook them like eggs with the yolk in them!.like an omlette!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
