Underweight...ahh?!


Question: Underweight!.!.!.ahh!?
ok, so im about to be turning 20 and i weigh 109!. i am 5'6!. i wear a size 0 or 25/26!.
i know i am under-weight, but i don't know what to do!.
the lost i have gone this year is 108!. and i the highest i have gone is 112!.
once i finally gain weight, i can't keep it for more than 2 days!.

any help/suggestions would be great!!

p!.s!. please don't tell me i have an eating disorder, because i don't!. i eat! i am not anorexic or bulimic!.

Have you had your thyroid checked!?!? You may have hyperthyroidism!. You can get it checked with a simple blood test!. There are several healty weight gainers that you can purchase at a health food store!. You should check into to them and see which would work best for you!.

weight gain or loss is generally as simple as your calories taken in versus your calories burned, if you burn 1800 calories a day and only eat 1600, you will lose weight!. if you eat more thatn you burn your body will store the extra!. Your body can adjust your metabolism if you don't eat enough to reach a balance!. The problem could have if you don't eat a wide enough variety of food you will lack the building materials for your body, make sure you balance proteins carbs and fats, you need all three!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heya hun, the best advice ur gonna get is to go and see a doctor not because u have an eating disorder as u say u eat!.!.but speaking to a doctor theyd be able to give u more support and maybe run some tests to see why this happens!.!.and thy would be able to work with u to getting ur weight up a little so ur not underweight!. beer/ale yeast!. It has a lot of vitamin B, too!. It will make you gain weight in a week!. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any place which specializes in brewing!. eat small meals every coupla hours, Whole milk, nuts, cheese, yogurt!. Eat lean meat, too esp lean beef!. Try protein bars and shakes!. Eat more protein!.

Wouldn't hurt to do a little weight lifting!.!.!.getting those muscles to grow would add some weight!. Would inprove your appetite, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating more is only going to help you if it if packed with protein!. Try protein shakes and eat more fish!. The protien content will help you gain muscle along with a building routine using more weights and machines then cardio fitness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you are eating a well balanced diet, you should be fine!. How many calories do you consume!? How many calories do you burn!?

You are not too far underweight!.

Do you feel sick!? Have you been checked by a doctor to determine if there is something hindering you from keeping some weight down!? Do you take any medications!. Some of them have side effects to lose weight, while others make some gain!.

I bet you have a hard time finding clothing!.

Just be sure since you are small frame to get a lot of calcium and vitamin D in the diet, so that your bones do not become brittle, which is prone to smaller people at older ages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
