I want to cut all bread out of my diet has anyone else succeeded in doing this?!

Question:

I want to cut all bread out of my diet has anyone else succeeded in doing this?

I do not eat a great deal of bread but feel that this might be why I do not lose weight like I think I ought to... despite exercise and an almost healthy diet.

Answers:

1) That's not how to lose weight.
2) 100% whole grain/wheat bread is very healthy and good for you. The fiber can help you lose weight, and it's very filling so it makes you feel full
3) You won't succeed ever in completely eliminating any food, especially if you like it. The key is to eat healthier versions of that food or eat much less of it if there's no healthy alternative. You're going to crave it eventually, then you'll just pig out and it ends up making things worse.
Trust me from experience, just be healthy, don't start knocking out food groups!
