Help with obliques?!
Question: Help with obliques!?
im 15 and i want to build more muscle, work on my abs, and turn my "love handles" into solid "V's"!. anyone know some workouts or foods to eat t help these results!?

to train your obliques, grab a weight on either hand!.
needs to be heavy or else you won't feel the burn!.
stand straight with your feet slightly apart!.
with the weight on your hand, bend your upper body sideways in the direction of the weights!. Bend down but do not twis your body!. You will feel the stretch on your left obliques if you bend on your right!. Another way is to do side planks!. Lie down sideways and use your forearm to support your body!. Hold for about 20 secs and stop!. Repeat until you fail!.
It worked for me until i became lazy!.

i would do side twists with light weights
i do this and feel the burn on my sides and ive nticed some results
what you do is hold a weight ( 10 pounds or so) with both hands in front of you, then do a figure 8 motion using only your core muscles
do this for 5 minutes then rest then another 5

Eat a lot of protein, a lot, all day long!. You also can buy Nitro-tech or some other kind of protein shake!. When you work out, use heavier weights with less reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should get more upper body muscle (chest and arms), and not worry about lower body!. You look fine the way you are, really!. Kindof skinny though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
