How can I add mass and increase size in my arms?!
Question: How can I add mass and increase size in my arms!?
I trying to add mass onto my arms, I have 13" size on them when relaxed and 14!.5" when tense!. I'm 6 feet tall and my weight is 195 pounds!.
I wanna make them at least 16" relaxed and 18" with tension or more if possible but I don't know how long that might take and what kind of lifting do I have to do, or what kind of diet!.

Alright let me help you out!. I work out every other day and I take supplements!. So far so good and I'm seeing results
Arms! You need to work out your deltoids (I assume you kno what that is) to make your arms look big!.
If you want to get those 16" arms, you gotta work both triceps AND biceps!.
I recommend 5 sets of 12-15 reps!. But you need to do more than one machine/exercise position!.
So do your 5 sets of biceps on dumbells (concentration or standing), then do 5 sets on barbells!. Do pullups (with palms facing you) to work biceps in between each set, if you can!. I do about 10 pullups after every set!.
That plan will get your biceps ripped in no time!.
As for triceps, do one handed dumbells, then two handed (double weight)!. I hope you know how to do these correctly!.
Form is extremely important!
I do 20 dips or more between sets to get them really heated up!.
For your deltoids, do raises holding two dumbells (hands at sides then up making them straight)
Pullups with your knuckles facing you help your upper back, triceps, and deltoids as well!.

Bulking up is about heavy weights!. Low reps, low sets!. You want to lift hard to failure!. Lifting to failure (or exhaustion) means that it's too hard to complete your last set!. Pushing yourself in this way is what tells your body it needs to change- grow muscle!. A bulking diet needs an excess in calories and lots of protein!.
I would choose an upper body workout with emphasis on biceps and triceps!. Only doing curls will definitely get you gains quickly, but eventually your triceps won't be able to handle the weight and will get damaged!. Basic triceps, chest, and shoulder exercises will be fine in addition to curls!.

Just continue to pump your weights, many times and with a lot of repetitions!. You need to work out to your a bit sore, but no so much that it starts to really hurt!. You need to get a lot of protein to build your mussels, that includes stuff like, beef, tuna, salmon, egg, chicken, etc!. and you need a lot of energy before the work out session stuff like bananas, maybe a power bar and stuff like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Using Dumbells like crazy gets you huge biceps!.
And for the rest, what I do is I get into regular push-up position, except instead of doing it normally, I switch the places of my hands!.
What I mean is my left hand is where my right hand should be and vice versa (froming an "X" with my arms!.

My guns are 17!.5 inches cold, relaxed, even with a pump, they don't get more than 18!.25 with a balls-to-the-wall, artery exploding flex for my life!. As far as adding mass, you need to consistently work out week-in week-out for a few years!. You may never top 15 inches though, it's mostly genetics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do curls w weights and lots of repetitions!. Start w an amt of wt that feels comfortable!.The wt will really help the muscle bulk up!. Add extra wt every week!. Have a regular healthy diet and lifestyle!. Lift comfortably wo causing pain or injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Curls and bar dips!. Bench press with hands 10-12 inches apart from each other!. Tricep extension exercises!. Regardless of diet this will do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
