I'm going on a ten day fast. Drinking only water. How much TEMPORARY weight will i lose?

I did that stupid thing and lost 9 lbs (about 4 kiloes) which I gained it back in 3 days . in additon during that week i got some pustules around my mouth and on my chin which turned into nasty scars (I had no mineral/vitamin deficency, I took 4 multivitamins everyday).,.just lets not talk about the constipation ;)
