Does anything make you taller or is it just by genetics!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
We know that human growth hormone is the major chemical cause for growth!. People with too much develop into giants!. The amount of this hormone released by your glands is determined by genetics, certainly, and there are other influences!.

Milk is a great source of calcium!. Your body uses calcium to create bone, so having plenty available all the time gives your body enough material to build with!.

Your bones grow as you sleep, so getting a good amount of sleep every night helps your body manage the growth!.

There are chemicals that interfere with growth, as well!. Avoid them if you aspire to shoot hoops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Height is based on (approximately) 70 % genetics, and 29% on child nutrition!. The other 1% (probably less than one percent) is on the correct exercising as growing up!.

Milk is good for you and it will help you grow if you drink it a lot as a child, but you need to eat healthy all around, just milk won't cut it!.

P!.S!. (remember height is mainly genetics though)Www@Answer-Health@Com

genetics and good posture, if your posture isn't the best you can often gain an inch or two upon correcting it

milk is good for the bones as it contains calcium, this allows bones to develope and grow thicker/wider and to not break as easilyWww@Answer-Health@Com
