Question: !.!.!.lose weight in about a week!?
ok im 12 so dont say anything like dont eat!. i have this field trip at the end of the year (1 1/2 weeks) and we go to a water park!. i wanna be skinny enough to look good in a bikini!. i try to run every day but i dont wind up running for a while because i get hot and tired!. any suggestions!? dont say to get a different swimsuit because i luv the one i have i just wanna look good in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Aww I feel ya girl! I am going on a diet to because in 2 years I have to graduate middle school and I wanna loose weight and look good in a dress! :) I am also 12!. It gives me plenty of time to loose weight easily and safetly!. All you have to do is excercise!. Do like 5 pushups, 20 mountains climbers, 50 jumoing jacks, run in place for 20 sec!. You can run for an hour too!. And STOP the junk food! Stop pop, candy and anything with sugar,e ven greasy foods!. I am doing this and I feel healthier and happier! Manly Ive been eating salad! From that I easily lost a pound! But Im going to take things slow and loose weight and eat right! Just by eating right you loose weight! Good luck! Oh and even diet coke/pepsi is bad to!.

Sorry sweety, you can only lose about 2 maybe 3 pounds in that amount of time!. At the most!.

Just stop eating junk food!. Keep exercising!.
