Food for a flatter blly?

hi everyone, i am only 8 stone but id like a flatter belly i have been on a diet for 3 days just eating pasta but then got told pasta makes it worse anyone know what foods i should be eating for a flatter tum xx

Okay first of all: If you get fat as low as you can, you are eating "low fat" which is also "high carb." If you get carbs as low as you can, you are eating "low carb" which is also "high fat." There is also a "medium carb" choice that is also "medium fat."
Now, you shouldn't be eating pasta, since it is "high carb." The foods you should be eating are:
Grapefruit
Melons
Apricots
Plums
Peaches
Pears etc.
Celery with peanut butter
Celery with tuna salad
Hard boiled eggs etc.

Another thing to consider, is to find out what kind of foods make you bloat, and when you bloat, your stomach gets bigger. The food you eat isn't going to make your belly any smaller, but excersize will. I suggest crunches and sit ups, but running is good for all around toning.
