How do I lose weight in four months?!


Question: How do I lose weight in four months!?
I'll start going to the gym everyday, but I don't know what to eat!. Do you know what diet can I do to lose weight in four months!? I have to travel in October and I want to be slimer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At a loss of 3 pounds per week, in 4 months you would lose the 50 pounds!.

Check out weight watchers -- or any of the good diets that are available in books!.

Eat small meals with healthy snacks; drink water -- give up the sodas, etc!. If you drink an eight ounce glass of water about 15-30 minutes before you eat any meal, you will eat less -- and when you train your tastebuds away from the sweets, then you will be able to keep losing!.

Don't worry about the plateaus!. They will happen!. You'll feel like it is all for nothing, but don't stop!. Your body is adjusting metabolically for the next round of weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat 5 or 6 small meals daily, 2-3 hours apart!. Your body burns calories while digesting & thus your metabolism stays higher, burns mores calories, & has less time to store calories as fat!. Eat clean foods - no fast or fried, skip the candy and soda!. Stay away from sugary foods!.
Skim milk, yogurt, skinles chicken, lean meats, all vegetables, fresh fruits, wholegrains!.
Drink a LOT of water!.
By drinking 2 or 3 cups ice-cold water, metabolism is boosted by 30% to bring the temperature up to normal body temperature!.

Look, if u want to lose alot of weight fast u should do a strict diet!.!.!.!. since i don't know how much weight do u want to lose, i'll give u my advice!.!.!.
if u stick to these plans and switch between them every 2 or 3 weeks, i could say u would lose 40 to 60 pounds in 4 months!.!.!. it's from my presonal experience!.!.!. ( I'M 5'7, WAS 220, NOW 160) :

First option: low carb diet!. (Atkins diet or so)

Second option: 7 DAY DIET PLAN, (GM DIET):
1st day: fruits except bananas
2nd day: vegetables
3rd day: fruits and vegetables
4rth day: 6-8 Bananas and skimmed Milk
5fth day: Beef (300 gm) and 6 Tomatoes (limited quantities)
6th day: Beef and Vegetables (unlimited quantity)
7nth day: Brown Rice( 1 cup), fruit juices, and vegetables!
after 7 days u will lose 10-17 pounds!. u can repeat it 2 or 3 times with taking 1 day rest after each 7 days!.

third option: 3-day diet:

DON'T FORGET: drink at least 8 cups of water daily, and exercise!. ( i use Tonny Little Gazelle, i do 30 to 45 mintues a day/ 5 days a week!.!. i LOVE this machine)
