Walking is the best exercise for eliminating the belly. It's the most natural form of exercise. Get into a daily walking regime & start out slowly, then add speed & distance a little at a time. Be sure to do some light stretching before you start your walks, so as not to get shin splints, especially. Trust me, you will notice yourself slimming down around the middle before long if, you are "determined" to lose that belly. Watch your carbs, sweets, & don't eat junk food. Drink lots of water daily too, as it flushes out all the impurities in your body. Carry water with you/on you, as you walk, to stay hydrated. Stay focused & walk daily. No excuses!!! If the weather is bad, invest in a treadmill, & walk inside, or become a mall walker. Good luck to you. You can do it!!!
