Time to get a six-pack (and not of beer!!!)?!


Question: Time to get a six-pack (and not of beer!!!)!?
Ok been trying to get a six-pack for a while and i think im getting close, but i think my math might be off so need someone to see if they see something im not seeing!.

I weigh 150 pounds and my body fat is 12!.3% I did the math and it says if i lose about 6!.5 pounds of fat, I will be at the magic 8% body fat number that lets me see my six pack!. It doesnt sound right though to me as i have been 143 pounds (just a few years ago) and i didnt have a six pack then (although i did have a flat stomach) Am i missing something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Yes, put away your calculator and get on your bottom and do some sit ups for your six pack!.
Eat high protein foods such as chicken, eggs and dairy produce and drink between 2 to 3 liters of water a day!.
So start with your sit ups and do 12 at a time and do 5 repetitions and you will see the muscles showing your 6 pack within a few days!.

well, I assume you didn't exercise then!. You have a naturally flat stomach, but no one has these muscles without exercising!. Now, if you exercise and lose this weight at once, you will have it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
