your body's nervous system is mediated by the lymphatic system which is stimulated by the skin!. When your skin is stimulated all kinds of signals are bounced around your body!. Your body can experience complete freedom through swimming because your body has no pressure points, which means no STRESS!. No stress causes your body to become more alkaline since stress is acidifying!. Your body can now heal, rest and rejuvenate itself!. If you go underwater and spin and turn like a seal, your body and your mind with forget about the world outside of the water and you will be as you are!.!.!.something swimming in water, that's all you care about that's all your body needs (at that time lol)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once you learn how to swim it becomes a knack and you can never forget it!.
