Answers:
A) is healthy but can be hard to control, the more often you eat the hungrier you tend to become and the more you often end up eating

B) I view this as problematic since anything you want tends to contain stuff such as high frictose corn syrup and other modified ingredients that make you hungrier just by consuming them, a lot of ingredients are more related to drugs than to nutrition and food!.!.!.!. by the way, if you don't drink and eat at the same time you tend to eat 30% less

C) not a bad way to go, you feel good the longer you are into it, though you could be consuming a lot of natural sugars

D) a liquid fast isn't bad every once in awhile but you shouldn't keep it up longer than a week at a time and you should give yourself ample recovery time!.!.!. you should also be taking vitamins, minerals, and herbal suppliments to make sure your nutritional needs are met

E) same comment as B)

F) if you turn anorexic you should be taking daily vitamins, minerals, and herbal suppliments, plus you should be taking creatine preferably in a glass of no fat milk every day since it will keep your skin nice and your strength up (its most effective upon vegetarians and anorexics), everything you do eat should be nutritious, be anorexic if you want but don't let your nutrition suffer, and its wise that you exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

A is probably your best bet!. Something that is a change in life style as opposed to a temporary change will work better in long term!. Incorporating exercise would be good!. F is a horrid idea!.
