Is there anyway I can have a toned stomach before school starts back?!


Question: Is there anyway I can have a toned stomach before school starts back!?
School starts in like the middle of august and today's june 13th!. I've worked on my stomach since december, havent seen any change but I figured out my problem!. If you think this is possible, then suggest exercises, more for the lower stomach please!. I know cardio exercises so i really don't need much help there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pilates will make you tone down quickly and there are different excercises for diff!. parts of the abdomen!. My personal favorite is the one called the butterfly!.

You lay down flat on your back with a pillow under your head!. Then you lift both of your legs and alternately raise/lower them!. I like this one because it works your abs and your legs!. Pilates are very effective if you do them everyday and combine it with healthy eating habits!.

I know a good one for the lower stomach!. Lay on your back and raise your legs in the air, like at a 90 degree angle with your hips!.!.but don't let your butt roll up off the floor!. slowly let your legs go down, you will feel a burn if you are doing it correctly right below your belly button! Hoped this helped! Also, try SHAPE magazine, they always have a lot of good workouts in there too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hang on a pull up bar and lift your legs as far as you can!. This helps a lot and will also give you better leg muscles!. GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com
