Question: Some good authentic ways to lose weight!?
i want to lose atleast fifteen pounds before the summer's over!.!.so i've got about two months to do it!.!.how should i go about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try eating properly and exercising more!. People appreciate someone who is in shape and not sickly skinny!. Eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, protein, etc!. (oatmeal is a good form of carbs that you can eat to get energy for exercising)!. Never let yourself feel truly starving and never over eat!. Eat small amounts frequently so you are always metabolizing but never have to much food that you need to store the extra (ie convert it to fat)!. Most importantly loose the weight slowly but steadily!. Two months should be enough time to loose 15 pounds if you truly have that much to loose!. Don't look at the scale the first two weeks when you start exercising a lot (daily) because you will have gained a little muscle!. After that period the weight will start dropping and you will feel better as long as you continue to exercise!. It took me a month to loose ten pounds but I did it primarily through exercise!. You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. don't eat anything after 7 oclock at night!.and use a smaller plate when serving yourself food instead of your regular size one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
