How do i tone my abs and thighs?!


Question: How do i tone my abs and thighs!?
my stomach is kinda flabby, and my thighs are just fat!.!.i think that that's where most of my weight is at right now [[i weigh 120 btw]]
so i'd like to tone them and lose some weight in the process!.!.any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I use a balance ball for my abs along with the Bender Ball (order on line) and they work VERY well! I do weighted wall squats and weighted lunges for my thighs AND butt!. I use 10 pound weights but you don't have to use ANY weight when you first start out!. Beware though, once you start toning your thighs and abs you will probably gain pounds due to building muscle!. Muscle weighs 2/3 more than fat so it'd be best to not use a scale, rather use a measure tape and go by inches!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
