Is eating 2 meals a day okay?

i really want to loose weight.
i work out ever day for 2 hours
but that just makes me have muscle.
im not really fat or chubby,
i just wanna be really skinny.
i dont want muscle.
so is it okay to just eat 2 meals a day?

Eating only two meals a day will put your body into starvation mode. What that means is, your body will stop burning calories because it doesn't get the fuel it needs. The 2 meals a day that you do eat, your body will turn into fat to store it for later use. Eat more often not less often, just eat smaller portions and eat healthy.

Also for everyone who wants to lose weight, don't drink pop. Even the diet stuff. I gave up drinking diet pop and switched to water and lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. No exercising or anything. Just gave up pop.
