Answers:
all this depends on what size you are, how old are you and how normal is your metabolisim!.
you said you're going to the gym
so don't worry about it!. an hour at the gym and maintaining heart rate at around 120 beats per minute burns a whole lot of calories in the second half of the hour!. beware tho of your age and heart conditions, you might not be able to sustain that much stress but if your heart is young and healthy go for it!.
when i was 18 many i lost 50 pounds by jogging 1 hour daily in the morning and kept all eating habits , add orange or citrus juices like grapefruit to your diet!.
and dont eat at ;east 2 hours before your bed time!.

the first 20 minutes your body utulizes the sugar in your blood and after that it burn the excess calories stored as fat in your cels!.
to conclude: if you are average size ,you havent overdone it really!.
just have a light supper and don't eat after 7pm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best exercise to burn up the extra calories you consumed is walking!.
If you walk for 15-20 mins, studies have shown it burns 600 calories ,so i would suggest you to walk for half and hour to get rid of the the extra calories you put in!. Take careWww@Answer-Health@Com

About an hour on the cross trainer or 45 minutes on the rowing machine!.

Theres no way on earth walking for 20 mins will burn off 600 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh my god, get over it :) and stop adding up calories, people will think you're a fruitloop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For the first ten minutes warm up with a light job at 5!.0 mph - (0:00 - 10:00)
10:00 - 10:20 - Sprint at 7!.5 mph
10:20 - 11:20 - Jog at 5!.0 mph
11:20 - 11:40 - Sprint at 7!.5 mph
11:40 - 12:40 - Jog at 5!.0 mph
12:40 - 13:00 - Sprint at 7!.5 mph
13:00 - 14:00 - Jog at 5!.0 mph
14:00 - 17:00 - Continue to Jog at 5!.0 mph
17:00 - 27:00 - Run at 6!.5 mph
27:00 - 31:00 - Jog at 5!.0 mph
31:00 - 35:00 - Run at 6!.5 mph
35:00 - 39:00 - Jog at 5!.0 mph
39:00 - 55:00 - Repeat minutes 31- 39:00 twice
55:00 - 60:00 - Cool down at a slow pace jog/walk

seems a lot i know but its not too hard i do it every other day and im 15 just keep at it, (as you rdoing it for wieght loss it doesnt matter if you stop inbetween becaus eyour not doing it to imporve your cardiovascualr system)

this burns off 555 calories so do this twice or go on cross trainer for 30mins at a high pace to burn off 350

but i think if you do the treadmill once then have a light tea (500calories) than you will have only eaten 1000 out of the 2000 allowed in a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
