Question: Everyone says laxatives are bad for losing weight!.!.!.!.!?
what if I just drink alot more water to prevent the dehydration!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The most important losses, other than the weight, is much needed proteins, vitamins and especially electrolites!. None of these are contained in water!. With regular laxative use, you will be losing much needed hydration and vitamins in your body!. Once you stop taking these (if you don't sevearly dehydrate or malnurish before then) you WILL gain the weight back!
The best way to lose weight!.!.!.!.you'll hate to hear it!.!.!.IS diet and exercise!. Cut out sugar from your diet (especially ANY sodas or candies!!) Try 30 minutes, at least, of exercise (cardio and weights) at least 3 times/ week!.!.!.all this will help you lose weight healthy!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because that's called bulimia, an eating disorder!. Plus, you won't lose fat, just the water/digested food in your stomach!. The calories in your food will already be absorbed, so it really won't do any good!. Besides, there are many risks, but zero benefits!. It's like if you weight yourself after going to the bathroom, it will be less than before, but you really didn't lose any weight!. You just emptied your system a little!. No fat loss took place there!. Just eat healthy and exercise like everyone else, that's the only safe way!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not just about dehydration-you're basically taking valuable vitamins and minerals out of your system-plus you might have permanent bathroom issues-is it really worth it!?

Just eat healthier and exercise-pick up a fitness magazine you can bet their secret to success isn't a laxative!.!.!.
