Question: What foods should I eat if I!.!.!.!?
Alright, I'm 14 and going to tone up before school next year!. I'm thinking of doing Pilates for the remainder of the summer and I need a diet to go with this so I can lose weight and tone up!. Any suggestions would be great!. thnx!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have lost fat and have gained better health by following this and the other program I mention in My Profile!.

You will get everything you need by eating the following, listed in order of importance:

Raw leafy green veggies (romaine, red and green leaf lettuces, kale spinach, etc)
Solid green veggies - raw, steamed or frozen (asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, peas, peppers, etc)
Non-green, non-starchy (beets, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc)
Beans/legumes - cooked, canned or sprouted ( chickpeas, pinto beans, black beans, etc)
Fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, watermelon, etc)
Starchy veggies (white potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, corn, carrots, etc)
Whole grains (barley, millet, oats, brown rice, quinoa, etc)
Raw nuts and seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc)

Do not skip breakfast!. Oatmeal with fresh fruit!. No sugar or milk!. Rice or almond milk is better!. Smoothies can be good too, depending on what you put in it!.

You don't have to eat eggs, fish or meat for protein!. You can still eat them, but a huge salad with some chicken would be better!.

Don't count calories or carbs!. Diets and pills don't work!. Man made vitamins are just that "man made"!. Man can not copy all the nutrients that are found in live foods!.

Drink filtered water!. City water may have added chemicals!. Can you really trust bottled water!?

Pop is one of the worst things you can put in your body!. Stay away from sugar, junk food and fast food!.

Great exercises: walking, biking, swimming!.

I can recommend my diet foods to you that helped me lost almost 70 pounds over the summertime!.
1!. Chicken, cooked any way except FRIED!.
2!. Red potatoes
3!. Whole grain wheat bread
4!. 1% milk or less(skim milk)
5!. Eat every 3-3 1/2 hours every day to keep your metabolism at full capacity even when your not doing anything!.
6!. Add fruits into the mix, buy bananas and apples<-delicious
7!. Add vegetables such as lettuce (make sandwiches with leftover chicken, including tomatoes!.!.!.even cheese if you'd like)
8!. The ABSOLUTE most important thing to do is to drink about a GALLON of water PER day or more, but consume it over the course of the day!.!.!.this will help you tone up the most, trust me on this one!.

Sorry for numbering those things, got kinda carried away XD!.
Remember do not consume carbs(high carbs) after about 7pm and try to eat breakfast between 1-30minutes of waking up!. GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com
